Reinforcing the steel mesh with epoxy resin mortar, chiseling to the structural layer, repairing the broken steel bars to the design requirements, the steel mesh is stuccoed with epoxy resin mortar several times according to the required repair thickness requirements on site.

Construction process

Removal of the mortar surface layer → drilling through the reinforcement → removing floating dust → installing steel mesh → wetting the wall → applying interface agent → applying mortar
