Bridge jacking

Bridge jacking technology is a new type of bridge height correction technology. That is to say, when the original bridge, slope, sidewalk, beam and slab connection are not damaged, the raw water pile is used, and the "hydraulic lift" is used first, and the upper structure of the bridge is generally supported. Then, the uprights under each pillar are cut, and the entire bridge is lifted to the design height through the "hydraulic lifting" equipment. Due to the long steel bars on the bridge deck, the bridge deck rises and the length of the bridge deck is high, so it is lower than the design elevation. The bridge top surface technology has the advantages of small interference to the surrounding environment, unnecessary installation and removal, large construction workload, short construction period, and low construction quality. It has good social and economic benefits.

Matters needing attention in bridge jacking

1. Pay attention to construction safety measures during construction, and confirm the standards and performance one by one to ensure that the size and performance are appropriate. Before the strength of epoxy mortar or condensed concrete is formed, the base layer should be leveled to prevent the beam from falling off.

2. When cutting or cutting some parts of the original structure during hoisting, rough machining should be avoided to avoid damage to the original structure.

3. The chemical glue used in the construction process is easy to burn and is stored in a sealed container. Avoid fire and direct sunlight. Fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited in the workplace, and the ventilation is good.
